Something really delicious
Get some focaccia bread, slice it up. Mix 4 tbsp softened butter with 1 tsp lemon zest, then spread it on the bread and place thinly sliced, fresh radishes on top. If your radish greens are really fresh, you can also take 12 or so of them and chop them up really small to mix in with the butter/lemon.
